Building Your Ground
Before you can trust yourself, you need to feel safe enough to. Here you’ll learning to create resilience in your nervous system feeling grounded through movement, sensory and breath practices. This will allow you to be present — with your kids, your work, your partner, yourself — instead of always bracing for what’s next.
Through tools you can use in real time in your life you’ll learn to know when you’re in a stress state and how to slow yourself down or speed yourself up.
LET GO
Releasing What’s Not Yours
As we work together you’ll start to gather information about parts of you that aren’t yours to carry, inherited beliefs, old obligations, patterns passed down through generations. This new awareness along with an ancient breathwork practice and our work together will help to start to accept and befriend these parts, slowly releasing your attachment to them, as well as increase the flexibility of your stress response.
This is where you start to notice your negative talk and not take it personally, where the perfection loosens, where you start to become more clearly connected to your inner guidance.
Through this framework you reconnect to your body, build your ground, release what’s not yours to hold, and reclaim your energy. We will work with what’s coming through with you in the present moment, creating a way you’d like to feel, and what you want . Remembering the joy, desires and way of being you were before your conditioned patterns. This is where you begin to trust your own knowing.

Reconnecting with Your Body
You’ve been in your head for years. Running on adrenaline, meeting the next demand, staying one step ahead of the overwhelm. Through connecting with the intelligence of your body, starting with breath and bringing awareness to how you feel in your body, and how you hold your body, we’ll start to allow the body to show us what’s underneath the mind, allowing the body to be your GPS.
Here, we slow down enough to start listening — to what your body is carrying, where it’s holding tension, what your nervous system has been trying to tell you all along.

Reclaiming Your Energy
You’ve been giving your energy away for a long time — to your work, your family, your to-do list, your worry. We’ll work with your boundaries both physically and energetically noticing when you’re stepping over them. You’ll identify how you want to spend your time, aligning your values and actions. This will begin to clear your energy so you feel more clarity and energy in your days. As we continue to work together, you’ll sense your way of functioning in your life through the body and sensory system.
This is where integration becomes embodied. Where the inner work finally shows up in how you move through your day.

1:1 Sessions
8 Bi- Weekly Mentoring 4 Monthly Breathwork Session Intake Assessment
You start with an intake assessment, giving me a ground to where you are at when we begin. You have one hour session every other week over Zoom for four months. Each session begins with a body-based check-in along with how your doing — and moves into the real work: pattern exploration, coaching, pilates based embodiment practice, and integration. You also have a monthly one hour breathwork session to move unconscious emotional and energetic patterns, starting this session with movement and where you are. You leave each session with something concrete to carry into your week.

Between-Session Voxer Support
When something surfaces between calls you have a place to bring it, relational touch points. Voice messaging access Monday through Thursday with a 24-hour response window. You’re held, not alone, in the in-between.

Pilates-Based Movement Videos and Audio Meditations
Audios and Videos for grounding, nervous system resilience and energetic hygiene, for you on your own timing to do as you choose. This will help the work we do together.
I know this terrain from the inside.
For years, I lived disconnected from myself — giving my agency and intuition over to everyone and everything around me, slowly disappearing inside my own life. I was a woman who had forgot to take care of herself, forgotten my own inner guidance.
The turning point was recognizing that I needed to create a relationship with myself. It was learning to come back into my body, to trust my own inner knowing and myself. That shift — from overwhelmed and disconnected to intentional, grounded, and genuinely myself — is the transformation I now guide other women through.
I bring my training in original somatic work, passed down to me from my teacher who worked with the first pioneers in somatic and neurological movement. My start began with this work in the dance classroom from 2- 11 years old, and I moved deeper into the work after college graduation. My lens is also formed through my intensive dance, pilates, rehabilitative, breathwork training and study in biology and chemistry. I bring 25 years of experience supporting women through profound life transitions. I understand what it means to navigate the demands of life, and a deep longing for something more aligned — all at the same time. I bring all this study together to create the river bed of this custom work I now offer, the work I needed and what I find women now are needing. I work at the intersection of the practical and the soulful, the psychological and the spiritual. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level solutions, because I know those don’t work.
What I offer is something different: a relationship, a container, and a process that meets you exactly where you are — and walks with you all the way home.
Come home to yourself — without losing everyone else in the process.
You don’t have to choose between yourself and the people you love. You don’t have to earn rest or prove you deserve to be prioritized. You don’t have to keep understanding your patterns without being able to live differently.
Over these four months, you’ll move from knowing to embodying. From managing your life to inhabiting it. From disconnected and depleted to grounded, present, and genuinely you.

No. This is mentorship — it works alongside therapy, not in place of it. If you’re currently in therapy, this process will help you integrate and embody what you’re processing there. Many of the women I work with have been in therapy for years and are ready for something that helps that inner work land in their actual lives.

This isn’t a curriculum you move through. It’s a living process that adapts to where you are, what’s arising, and what your body and life are asking for. The four phases provide a map, but our work together is responsive, relational, and rooted in your specific experience — not a one-size-fits-all framework.

We’ll be using intentional breath throughout our process together to ground and connect you to yourself. The Breathwork we’lll spend 4 sessions on is an ancient, profound, time tested practice I learned from my mentor and he from his. It is an active breathing practice that quiets your default mod in your brain allowing you to be more in the present and allows memory and emotion in the brain to become more active. Through this process, stagnation, stuck energies and emotional patterns shift. The nervous system also increases it’s tolerance to stress through activation of the sympathetic nervous system in the safe environment.

My work in pilates and all my other study in movement will inform our session. We’ll do movement depending on what your system needs to move you out of your mind. We will not be doing a typical pilates workout. You will receive pilates based movement videos to help you move out of some holding patterns in your body.
