Through Pilates-based movement, breathwork meditation, essential oils, and relational mentoring, we work together to bridge the gap between understanding your patterns intellectually and actually living differently. It's not therapy (though it complements therapy beautifully). It's not traditional Pilates (though movement is part of it). It's not another personal development program (though you'll grow immensely).
It's the missing piece: bringing your years of inner work out of your head and into your body, your nervous system, your daily life.
We address all dimensions together—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—because real transformation requires integration, not compartmentalization.

Practices you can do on your own to integrate what we're working on
Occasional check-ins or resources as needed
Knowing you have sustained support, not episodic care
3. The Relational Thread: This isn't transactional. Over time, I come to know you deeply—what you're saying, what your body is communicating, what your nervous system is holding, patterns you can't see yourself. That seeing creates the safety for transformation.personalized to you. This typically includes:

Pilates-based movement practices that build body awareness and nervous system regulation
Breathwork meditation to release control and access what's underneath
Essential oils to work with your limbic system beyond conscious awareness
Relational mentoring that weaves together insights from your therapy, your life, your patterns

How is this different from traditional Pilates or wellness practices?
Traditional Pilates focuses on physical strength, flexibility, and body mechanics. It's excellent for that.
What I do incorporates Pilates-based movement, but goes much deeper:
We work with your nervous system with the movement.
We address emotional patterns: Physical patterns reveal emotional patterns.
We use breathwork meditation: To access unconscious material, and regulate your nervous system in ways movement alone can't
We incorporate relational mentoring: This isn't just instruction—it's a relational journey where you feel deeply seen and supported
We focus on root causes: Not just "fix your posture" but "why are you holding yourself this way, and what does that reveal about how you move through life?"
The difference: Traditional Pilates might help you feel stronger. This work helps you feel grounded, authentic, and free—in your body and your life.
