I also know this from the inside. A head injury at 28 sent me on a years-long healing journey through every dimension—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Then breast cancer in 2014 shifted everything again. I realized the physical practice alone wasn't enough. There was something deeper underneath that needed addressing—not just understanding, but embodying.
What I've learned through my own healing and 25 years of practice is this: Therapy gives you processing. Programs give you information. But integration requires working through the body, not just the mind.
Through Pilates-based movement, breathwork, and relational mentoring, we work with your nervous system, your body's wisdom, and the unconscious patterns underneath—addressing root causes, not just symptoms. This isn't episodic "fire-fighting." There's a thread that moves through the work.
